CGR was established in 1984 with its headquarters in Los Angeles County. It is a privately held firm of experienced consultants that focus on process improvement and cost reduction. CGR Management Consultants LLC has provided these services for 36 years.

 

CGR, a certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) by TheNetwork (#21591), provides consulting services to public agencies of all sizes. We encourage client collaboration through teaming with agency staff to take a project from inception to implementation. CGR relies on generally accepted good practices from standards-setting organizations. These include the Project Management Institute, The Institute of Asset Management, the Construction Management Association of America, APICS the Association for Operations Management, and the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). CGR also conducts public agency management performance audits utilizing the Controller General of the United States Government Auditing Standards (GAGAS).
