Dick Swanson

Dick Swanson brings client expertise in the following areas related to public sector planning and financial management:

Most recently, Dick Swanson served as the Director of Finance and Administration of the Alameda County Congestion Management Agency (ACCMA) and held that position for over three years. Prior to this position, Mr. Swanson managed the investments for the ACCMA for two years as an investment manager and advisor.

As a consultant, Mr. Swanson led his own firm for 13 years and was a partner with Deloitte & Touché in San Francisco for the prior 10 years. While with Deloitte, Mr. Swanson led a Transit Industry Group and directed West Coast public transportation engagements.  He was nationally responsibility for coordinating public transportation related engagements and was the firm's national representative to the American Public Transit Association and the International Mass Transit Association.

 

Mr. Swanson has a BA in Economics from the University of California, a Masters in City and Regional Planning, and an MBA.
