Peter A. Crosby is a supply chain management consultant with seven years’ industrial operations management experience and 38 years supply chain management consulting experience with AT Kearney, Coopers & Lybrand, and CGR Management Consultants LLC.

Mr. Crosby has conducted, managed, and work on twelve industrial plant maintenance operations improvement programs, with chemical, paper, metals mining and smelting, and wood products plants. These programs address labor, materials, and production equipment downtime areas. The approach was to develop a maintenance planning, scheduling, and materials management control system. Labor productivity was improved up to 50%, materials inventory was improved up to doubling spares and materials inventory turnover, and production equipment downtime up to 15%.

Mr. Crosby graduated from the University of California Berkeley, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, where he was an Alumni Scholar.  He also holds a Master's degree in industrial engineering: operations research from Stanford University, and post-Master's work at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the department of Management Science and Engineering.

Mr. Crosby is a Certified Management Consultant and an active member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).
